1. Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily operations, including deliveries, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs, in collaboration with the Area Manager and Client Services.
3. Perform analysis and data extraction on allocated and shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect sell-through data for events, including related documentation.
5. Support monthly management of analytical data for SIS/Franchisee clients.
6. Manage assets for E-commerce EMEA and ensure compliance with brand guidelines through weekly website checks.
7. Support the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients.
8. Assist in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel.
9. Support in managing and organizing appointments during sales campaigns.
10. Assist in preparing necessary materials for sales campaigns, including budget sheets and merchandising reports.
11. Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
12. Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
13. Check orders in the system and coordinate with Client Services for PO submission.

1. Previous internship experience in a Back Office or similar role within a Wholesale team.
2. Passion for the fashion industry.

1. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good command of English; a second language is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
6. High professional ethics, energy, and attention to detail.
7. Team player.

Previous internship experience in a Back Office or similar role within a Wholesale team is required.
