- Lead the development and execution of a sophisticated PR and communication strategy that aligns with organizational goals and industry trends, enhancing regional nuances with a global vision.
- Empower the regional retail and wholesale network through strategic communication and marketing efforts to promote brand advocacy and boost customer engagement.
- Coordinate strategic execution of brand events, unique projects, and collaborations with cultural institutions and key partners to boost brand equity.
- Manage budget allocation, strategic planning, and production oversight for events and partnerships to maximize ROI and brand impact.
- Propose, design, and implement innovative event concepts and partnership strategies across international markets.
- Lead the PR and Communication offices across EMEA, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, with a focus on the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
