Bottega Veneta EMEA CRM Analyst Intern

1. Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analysis and share insights with subregions and local markets.
3. Assist in coordinating events/initiatives and monitor their performance, including ROI calculation and conversion rates.
4. Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and events, and maintain the customer database.
5. Participate in store trainings with the EMEA CRM team to enhance communication with Store Managers.
6. Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on CRM implementation.
7. Participate in regular meetings with Subregions/Country teams.
8. Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
9. Support CRM team with data entry, maintenance, and updates.

1. Student enrolled in an Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree program, available for a 6-month curricular internship.
2. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; French is a plus.

2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

No specific experience required, but a passion for the luxury and sales/marketing fields is essential.
