Bottega Veneta EMEA CRM Analyst Intern

- Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses on various metrics such as nationalities, prospects, and sales data.
- Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
- Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and presentations.
- Participate in store trainings to enhance communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
- Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on CRM implementation.
- Participate in regular meetings with Subregions and Country teams.
- Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
- Assist with data entry, maintenance, and updates.
- Enrollment in an Economics Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Availability for a 6-month curricular internship.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.
Currently enrolled in an Economics Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
