1. Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses on various metrics such as nationalities, prospects, and sales.
3. Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring and ROI calculation.
4. Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations.
5. Participate in store trainings to enhance communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
6. Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementation.
7. Participate in regular meetings with Subregions/Country teams.
8. Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
9. Support data entry, maintenance, and updates for CRM projects.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics.
2. Availability for a 6-month curricular internship.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, though a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Economics.
