1. Support the EMEA CRM team in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities across the region.
2. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report analyses, including nationalities, prospects, sales to local markets, and merchandising CRM data.
3. Assist in coordinating events and initiatives, including performance monitoring through ROI calculations, conversion rates, and attendance tracking.
4. Coordinate the production of materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and events, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for specific requests.
5. Participate in store trainings with the EMEA CRM team to facilitate communication with Store Managers regarding CRM activities.
6. Collaborate with the subregion Client Development Manager on regional CRM implementation.
7. Participate in regular meetings with Subregions/Country teams.
8. Provide administrative support to the EMEA CRM team.
9. Assist with data entry, maintenance, and updates for the CRM team.

1. Enrollment in an Economics Bachelor's or Master's degree program with availability for a 6-month curricular internship.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
4. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior professional experience required, though a passion for luxury and sales/marketing is essential.

Currently enrolled in an Economics Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
