1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Bottega Veneta.
2. Support clienteling activities to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
3. Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, enhancing the overall client experience.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions of customer inquiries and issues.
5. Promptly handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages.
6. Assist with online, in-store, and omnichannel operations.
7. Accurately collect and update client data in the system.
8. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
9. Provide support for after-sales services.

1. Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both oral and written.
2. Previous experience in the luxury retail or hospitality industry is advantageous.
