1. Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
2. Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
3. Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the World Wide Store Planning team.
4. Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
5. Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
6. Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
7. Provide administrative support for project management, including raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices.
8. Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering.
2. Available for a 6-month curricular internship.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven, and deadline-focused.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
5. Team-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with architecture or engineering projects is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering.
