Bottega Veneta EMEA Architecture Intern

- Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
- Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
- Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the World Wide Store Planning team.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
- Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
- Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
- Provide administrative support for project management, including raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices.
- Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Available for a 6-month curricular internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven, and deadline-focused.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with architecture or engineering projects is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering.
