Bottega Veneta E-Commerce Project & Technology Specialist

- Coordinate end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline.
- Oversee the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising with stakeholders to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams throughout the headless project lifecycle for smooth implementation.
- Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
- Take ownership of user testing and debugging new functionalities to ensure high-quality user experience.
- Support in defining and prioritizing roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI.
- Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities for strategic optimization solutions.
- Cooperate with regional teams to gather demands and keep them informed on ongoing and future evolutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities.
- Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture.
- Previous experience with a CMS tool or search engine, specifically Contentful or Algolia, is a plus.
- Proven experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovation and improving customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
