1. Coordinate end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Oversee the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising with stakeholders to maintain delivery schedules.
3. Collaborate with IT and development teams throughout the headless project lifecycle for smooth implementation.
4. Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
5. Lead user testing and debugging of new functionalities to ensure high-quality user experience.
6. Define and prioritize roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI.
7. Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities for strategic optimization.
8. Cooperate with regional teams to gather demands and communicate ongoing and future developments.

1. At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes.
2. Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture.
3. Experience with CMS tools or search engines like Contentful or Algolia is a plus.
4. Proven experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
5. Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
6. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Passion for innovation and improving customer experience.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
5. Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
6. Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years in an E-Commerce environment with relevant project management experience.
