1. Coordinate end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Oversee the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising with stakeholders to maintain delivery schedules.
3. Collaborate with IT and development teams throughout the headless project lifecycle for smooth implementation.
4. Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
5. Conduct user testing and debugging of new functionalities to ensure high-quality user experiences.
6. Define and prioritize roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI.
7. Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities for strategic optimization.
8. Cooperate with regional teams to gather demands and keep them informed on ongoing and future evolutions.

1. At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities.
2. Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture.
3. Experience with CMS tools or search engines like Contentful or Algolia is a plus.
4. Proven experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
6. Fluent in English and Italian, with French as a plus.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
5. Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment.
