Bottega Veneta E-Commerce Project & Technology Specialist

- Coordinate end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising with stakeholders to maintain delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams throughout the headless project lifecycle for smooth implementation.
- Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
- Conduct user testing and debugging of new functionalities to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Define and prioritize roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI.
- Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities for strategic optimization.
- Cooperate with regional teams to gather demands and keep them informed on ongoing and future evolutions.
- At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities.
- Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture.
- Experience with CMS tools or search engines like Contentful or Algolia is a plus.
- Proven experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with French as a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovation and improving customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment.
