E-Commerce Project & Technology Specialist

1. Coordinate end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
2. Oversee the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising with stakeholders to ensure delivery schedules are met.
3. Collaborate with IT and development teams throughout the headless project lifecycle for smooth implementation.
4. Monitor website performance and assist in troubleshooting functional issues.
5. Take ownership of user testing and debugging new functionalities to ensure high-quality user experience.
6. Support in defining and prioritizing roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI.
7. Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities for strategic optimization solutions.
8. Cooperate with regional teams to gather demands and keep them informed on ongoing and future evolutions.

1. At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities.
2. Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture.
3. Previous experience with a CMS tool or Search engine, specifically Contentful or Algolia, is a plus.
4. Proven experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
5. Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
6. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
8. Passion for innovation and services aiming at improving the customer experience.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
11. Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
12. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
