1. Support the E-commerce team in enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities across Tmall, WeChat Store, and the company website.
2. Generate daily sales and collection tracking reports for data support.
3. Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, best practices, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
4. Manage stock, track deliveries, and consolidate samples for merchandise operations.
5. Assist in product backend settings and e-marketing initiatives, including asset consolidation and CRM campaign proposals.
6. Provide project support for 3D/AR and omni-channel projects.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as routine payment invoices and legal document follow-ups.

Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous but not required.
