4. Oversee budget planning, operational expenses, and financial tracking.
5. Collaborate with HQ and local teams to ensure strategic alignment.
6. Coordinate with IT to address technical issues and represent local interests in projects.
7. Prepare comprehensive sales reports for stakeholders, tailored to different audiences.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights as needed.
9. Ensure optimal website operations and a seamless customer journey.
10. Oversee warehouse operations and address any operational issues promptly.

4. Competency in Microsoft Office and performance digital marketing tools.

A minimum of three years in a B2C e-commerce environment, ideally within the luxury industry.
