1. Organize domestic shipments and transportation according to company needs and office requests, ensuring adherence to required routes, costs, and delivery times.
2. Optimize transportation services requested by various business units within the company.
3. Monitor shipment status, verify deliveries, and liaise with couriers to resolve delays and anomalies.
4. Review transporter invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation and system entry of all information.
5. Contribute to logistics flow analysis to enhance service efficiency and improve logistical processes.

1. Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies or a bachelor's degree in economics.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Strong written and spoken English language skills.
3. Excellent planning and precision in work execution.
4. Outstanding relational and communication skills, with a dynamic approach.
5. Teamwork orientation and problem-solving aptitude.

Previous experience in domestic transport or logistics roles is preferred.
