1. Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal digital marketing campaigns.
2. Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across global and regional teams.
3. Organize creative assets for various digital platforms.
4. Support content preparation for e-commerce, newsletters, and CRM tools.
5. Maintain calendars and ensure consistency of market launches.
6. Collect and organize social media and store imagery assets.
7. Coordinate with internal teams and regional partners for social media initiatives.
8. Provide support during brand events, including shows and store activations.
9. Assist in budget tracking and document preparation.
10. Coordinate with external partners and suppliers.

1. Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Digital Communication, Project Management, Marketing, or Creative Production.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated organizational and aesthetic sensibility.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
4. Team-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience or strong interest in digital communication, image, or creative production is preferred.

Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in relevant fields.
