Bottega Veneta Digital Merchandising Manager

- Lead the seasonal buying process for the brand's website, marketplaces, and e-retail, defining assortment guidelines in collaboration with regional and central merchandising teams.
- Monitor the performance of best-sellers and manage carryover and replenishment to ensure constant availability across all channels.
- Define online product visibility logic in collaboration with the Digital Content team, aligning with commercial priorities, stock availability, and performance KPIs.
- Track and optimize product lifecycle through weekly and seasonal reports, identifying opportunities and implementing actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic product input to CRM, Marketing, and Media teams, aligning push strategies with business objectives.
- Support and lead digital merchandising inputs for strategic product launches and pilot programs.
- Innovate in product discoverability, navigation, and onsite storytelling.
- 4+ years of experience in digital merchandising, buying, or commercial roles, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using web KPIs, sales data, and stock metrics.
- Proven ability to manage complex assortments and multiple digital touchpoints.
- Cross-functional mindset with the ability to translate product insights into business actions.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with merchandising platforms.
A minimum of four years in digital merchandising, buying, or related commercial roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
