- Define and lead the measurement strategy for Bottega Veneta's media initiatives, establishing KPIs and monitoring dashboards.
- Analyze global digital media campaigns across platforms, focusing on key performance indicators aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Design and coordinate advanced measurement studies, such as brand lift and conversion lift analyses, in collaboration with platform partners.
- Propose and oversee A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate creative, audience, and media mix effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure measurement consistency, data integrity, and alignment with brand goals.
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in media analytics or digital marketing insights, preferably in the luxury fashion or beauty industries.
- Proficiency in media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and analytics tools like GA4, Tableau, and Power Bi.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into narratives.
- Experience in creating dashboards and conducting A/B testing.
- Familiarity with lift studies and cross-channel attribution methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or French is advantageous.
3-4 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing insights, or performance reporting, ideally within the luxury fashion or beauty sectors.
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
