- Define and lead the measurement strategy for Bottega Veneta's media initiatives, establishing appropriate KPIs and monitoring dashboards.
- Analyze global digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on key performance indicators aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends and strategic recommendations to media planners and internal teams.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
- Design and coordinate advanced measurement studies, including brand lift, conversion lift, and store traffic analyses, in collaboration with platform partners and analytics vendors.
- Propose and oversee A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate creative, audience, and media mix effectiveness, synthesizing results into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure measurement consistency, data integrity, and alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing insights, or performance reporting, preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty industries.
- Proficiency in media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Line, WeChat, Red, Kakao, and Naver.
- Expertise in analytics tools including GA4, Tableau, Looker, Excel, and Power Bi.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform data into compelling narratives.
- Proven experience in creating dashboards and conducting A/B testing and digital experimentation.
- Familiarity with lift studies and cross-channel attribution methodologies; knowledge of MMMs is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or French is beneficial.
3-4 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing insights, or performance reporting, ideally in the luxury fashion or beauty sectors.
Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
