1. Monitor and report e-commerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders, and other related metrics.
2. Assist in gathering and analyzing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 to provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales trends.
3. Support the preparation of presentations to update top management on all relevant projects.
4. Prepare post-event analyses to identify missed opportunities.
5. Support the sales forecast process for key markets and regions.
6. Build dashboards to support the e-commerce team and stakeholders, enabling data-driven and informed decision-making.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management or equivalent studies.
2. Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English.

1. Basic analytical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools.
2. Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management or equivalent studies.
