1. Assist Studio Coordinators in scheduling design meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing the studio calendar.
2. Support the planning and execution of design-related events such as collection fittings, show preparations, and lookbook shootings.
3. Perform general administrative duties including travel arrangements, expense tracking, time management, office stationery orders, and catering bookings.

1. Student or graduate with a BA/MA in Product Management, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or related disciplines.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
2. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
3. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
4. Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong passion for design and a desire to grow in a fast-paced organization is essential.

BA/MA in Product Management, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or related fields.
