Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
- Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their competencies and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta's operational procedures and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage professional relationships.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, organized, and a strong brand ambassador.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector is required, demonstrating a strong track record in sales leadership and team management.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
