1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Drive customer loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
4. Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales performance.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta's operational procedures and standards.
8. Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service.
9. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. In-depth knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories and luxury retail operations.
3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship.
6. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $115,000, plus discretionary bonus.
