Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Ready-to-Wear

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear department within the store.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate client loyalty and enhance client spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
- Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, fostering their development and driving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta’s operational procedures and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage professional relationships.
- Perform operational tasks including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office duties.
- Introduce RTW collections to top clients, enhancing the flagship's high-end business.
- Integrate shoes into full-silhouette styling and enhance cross-selling and upselling capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong results-driven approach and goal orientation.
- Comprehensive understanding of RTW collections and product knowledge.
- Refined eye for silhouettes and styling.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability, organization, and strong brand ambassadorship.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
