- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate client loyalty and increase client spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
- Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in collaboration with the back-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage professional relationships in line with brand values.
- Perform operational tasks including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office duties.
- Introduce Ready-to-Wear collections to top clients, delivering a curated experience to grow the high-end business.
- Enhance the Ready-to-Wear business by integrating shoes into full-silhouette styling and collaborating with managers to improve cross-selling and upselling.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- In-depth understanding of Ready-to-Wear collections and product knowledge.
- Keen eye for silhouettes and full-look styling.
- Curiosity and connection to the luxury universe to stay ahead of trends.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, organized, and a strong brand ambassador.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector, demonstrating a strong drive for results and an ability to lead and mentor teams.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
