1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Cultivate client loyalty and increase client spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
4. Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in collaboration with the back-of-house team.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage professional relationships in line with brand values.
9. Perform operational tasks including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office duties.
10. Introduce Ready-to-Wear collections to top clients, delivering a curated experience to grow the high-end business.
11. Enhance the Ready-to-Wear business by integrating shoes into full-silhouette styling and collaborating with managers to improve cross-selling and upselling.

1. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury sector.

2. In-depth understanding of Ready-to-Wear collections and product knowledge.
3. Keen eye for silhouettes and full-look styling.
4. Curiosity and connection to the luxury universe to stay ahead of trends.
5. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Adaptable, organized, and a strong brand ambassador.
8. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector, demonstrating a strong drive for results and an ability to lead and mentor teams.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
