Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Leather Goods

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Leather Goods department within the store.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to meet and exceed sales targets for both the store and the Leather Goods category.
- Cultivate lifetime loyalty and spending among new and existing clients by maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with the team to implement effective client strategies.
- Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, enhancing their competencies and driving both individual and department-wide sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing Leather Goods department staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta’s operational procedures and standards in coordination with the back-of-house team.
- Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
- Execute operational functions such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector is required.
Salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
