1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Leather Goods department in the store.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and striving to achieve and exceed sales targets for both the store and the Leather Goods category.
3. Drive customer loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with the team to implement effective client strategies.
4. Ensure the department maximizes its business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members, enhancing their skills and driving both individual and department-wide sales.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing Leather Goods department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta’s operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
8. Uphold the brand’s service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
9. Perform operational tasks such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office duties.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury retail operations.
3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Adaptability, organizational skills, and strong brand ambassadorship.
6. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector is required.

Salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
