Bottega Veneta Customs Import & Export Specialist

- Supervise import processes for the Group's companies, liaising with customs brokers to provide operational instructions and monitoring the arrival of goods.
- Manage data entry and update customs categories in the PLM system, ensuring strict adherence to classification rules for each item.
- Ensure customs compliance of product records, assisting technical departments in verifying and assigning correct technical attributes.
- Maintain constant communication with Kering's Trade & Customs Compliance and Customer Care offices to ensure proper information sharing.
- Collaborate on customs data retrieval and provide essential support in justifying customs practices and handling inquiries from authorities.
- Support Press & Shipping teams by verifying export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Advise the Retail team on the feasibility of export operations, analyzing potential challenges and customs cost impacts.
- Oversee the issuance and control of specific customs documents, including Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets.
- Provide direct support on special logistics projects and strategic initiatives.
- Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies and/or a bachelor's degree in economics.
- Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in customs/import & export topics within structured companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong planning and precision skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and dynamic abilities.
- Teamwork orientation and problem-solving aptitude.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customs, import, and export within structured organizations is required.
Diploma in accounting/economic technical studies or a bachelor's degree in economics.
