1. Support client engagement through CRM data, tools, and insights.
2. Assist with direct marketing and clienteling initiatives.
3. Contribute to reporting and insights generation.
4. Participate in data quality management activities.
5. Facilitate email marketing validations and requests.
6. Aid in clienteling campaigns, including client list and asset requests.
7. Troubleshoot issues with the Luce application.
8. Engage in ad-hoc seasonal projects and support in-store activations as needed.

1. Ability to receive academic credit.
2. Availability to work 24 hours a week.

1. Detail-oriented and task-driven.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Basic SQL skills or interest.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

8. Ability to work in the New York City corporate office.

No specific experience required, but a background in CRM or luxury fashion is advantageous.

Salary of $16.50 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
