Bottega Veneta CRM Campaign Intern

- Support the implementation and execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign content, including links, copy, translations, and product proposals.
- Brief external agencies and conduct tests to ensure accuracy in campaign execution.
- Assist in the implementation and seasonal updates of customer journeys.
- Coordinate and assist with local campaign requests from various regions.
- Ensure thorough documentation of each campaign.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest enhancements.
- Support the planning and coordination of the campaign calendar.
- Analyze competitors' campaign calendars and contents.
- Eligibility for a 6-month curricular internship.
- Degree in a related discipline such as Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Fashion Business, or Management Engineering is desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge or experience in the luxury market, particularly in CRM, marketing, digital, or retail.
- Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
Prior experience or knowledge in luxury markets, particularly in CRM, marketing, digital, or retail, is preferred.
Degree in a related discipline is desirable.
