Bottega Veneta Corporate & Industrial HSE Specialist

- Coordinate Health & Safety activities related to industrial buildings, including evacuation drills and authorizations.
- Ensure implementation, updating, review, and control of the Company's HSE Systems in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor the effective implementation of safety and environmental procedures, updating them in line with legislative changes and company directives.
- Coordinate both internal and external HSE audits, conducting site inspections and supporting inspection bodies.
- Support the HSE manager in updating documentation for certifications such as SA8000, ISO 45001, and model 231/01.
- Assist in general office administration, including managing company software, distributing personal protective equipment, handling supplier orders, and archiving.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
- Technical training or a degree in management disciplines related to health and safety.
- Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Italian health and safety regulations.
- Strong data processing and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Effective work planning capabilities.
- Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
- High sense of respect and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
3-5 years of relevant experience in structured corporate environments.
Technical training or a degree in management disciplines related to health and safety.
