1. Coordinate Health & Safety activities related to industrial buildings, including evacuation drills and authorizations.
2. Ensure implementation, updating, review, and control of the Company's HSE Systems in accordance with corporate guidelines.
3. Monitor the effective implementation of safety and environmental procedures, updating them in line with legislative changes and company directives.
4. Coordinate both internal and external HSE audits, conducting site inspections and supporting inspection bodies.
5. Support the HSE manager in updating documentation for certifications such as SA8000, ISO 45001, and model 231/01.
6. Assist in general office administration, including managing company software, distributing personal protective equipment, handling supplier orders, and archiving.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
2. Technical training or a degree in management disciplines related to health and safety.

1. Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Knowledge of Italian health and safety regulations.
3. Strong data processing and reporting skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
5. Effective work planning capabilities.
6. Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
7. High sense of respect and confidentiality.
8. Willingness to travel within the territory.

3-5 years of relevant experience in structured corporate environments.

Technical training or a degree in management disciplines related to health and safety.
