- Assist the manager in generating payroll-related reports.
- Monitor and maintain the HR system on a daily basis.
- Record and consolidate company staff movements.
- Consolidate and analyze Compensation & Benefits data to support managerial tasks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
No prior experience required, though any experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
