1. Collaborate closely with the financial controller and cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and programs aligned with company processes and policies.
2. Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to provide the financial controller with insights for decision-making and cost management.
3. Conduct forecasting activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and work with functional teams to ensure control over critical areas of store profit & loss and capital expenditures.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Director and Area Managers to maximize store profitability.
5. Understand business implications to assist management in decision-making.
6. Develop and maintain a database of key financial and operating metrics and performance measurements related to the functional organization.

1. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail or luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of financial processes and policies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
