- Participate in the development of the collection plan to identify new product opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, including product typology and price mapping.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to monitor collection progress.
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Create documents for planning seasonal marketing activities and product launch events.
- Manage collection samples and assist with daily merchandising department activities.
- Support showroom preparation, including the creation of buying decks for selling campaigns.
- Manage product categories and sample assortments, coordinating with product development teams.
- Develop product descriptions and ensure hierarchy checks in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist in the creation of collection training materials to convey collection inspirations and strategies.
- Prepare sell-in analysis at the end of selling campaigns.
- Successful completion of studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Aesthetic sensibility and product knowledge with a passion for fashion.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
A minimum of 6 months experience in similar roles or in-store, including internships, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
