1. Coordinate monthly client birthday gifts and personalise client gifting according to store guidelines.
2. Prepare and submit weekly reports to regional/HQ teams, consolidating client and store activity data.
3. Operate the Client Engagement system (KA) to extract, segment and deliver client lists on store request.
4. Maintain relationships with Client Engagement vendors, process vendor invoices and manage expense claims.
5. Provide on‑site event support, liaise with vendors and follow up on logistics to ensure flawless execution.
6. Coordinate electronic direct mail (EDM) activity with department stores and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

1. Post‑secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
2. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines.
3. Discretion and ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑service mindset appropriate for luxury retail environments.
