1. Coordinate operational aspects of in-store activations, including managing invitations, gifting, and visual setup.
2. Assist in planning and executing in-store client events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of client engagement initiatives.
4. Support the organization of personalized client experiences and contribute to budget preparation and reporting.
5. Monitor budget adherence for gift planning activities and coordinate timely delivery across stores.
6. Contribute to competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
7. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies that enhance the client journey.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish as a plus.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

No prior experience required, but a passion for fashion and luxury is essential.
