- Coordinate operational aspects of in-store activations, including managing invitations, gifting, and visual setup to enhance client experiences.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store client events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Retail, Visual Merchandising, and CRM to ensure seamless client engagement initiatives.
- Support the organization of personalized client experiences by gathering information, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to budget preparation and reporting.
- Monitor budget adherence for gift planning activities, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery across stores.
- Contribute to competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating Client Development activities and results.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies that enhance the client journey and reinforce brand loyalty.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish as a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required, but a passion for fashion and luxury is essential.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
