1. Coordinate operational aspects of in-store activations, including managing invitations, gifting, and visual setup to enhance client experiences.
2. Assist in planning and executing in-store client events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engagement objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Retail, Visual Merchandising, and CRM to ensure seamless client engagement initiatives.
4. Support the organization of personalized client experiences by gathering information, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to budget preparation and reporting.
5. Monitor budget adherence for gift planning activities, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery across stores.
6. Contribute to competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
7. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating Client Development activities and results.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies that enhance the client journey and reinforce brand loyalty.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Fluent in Italian and English, with Spanish as a plus.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

No prior experience required, but a passion for fashion and luxury is essential.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
