1. Support the organization of client events, including invitations, logistics, and post-event analysis.
2. Implement and monitor CRM and event activity calendars.
3. Assist the manager in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and internal presentations.
4. Aid in the development and updating of departmental dashboards.
5. Analyze the performance of executed actions and identify opportunities for improvement based on client data.
6. Collaborate with retail teams and ensure seamless communication with boutiques.
7. Participate in competitive analysis on loyalty and client experience initiatives in the luxury sector.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Strong interest in the luxury sector, client relations, and events.
3. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint, CRM tools, or data visualization is a plus.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
