2. Support clienteling activities to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.

4. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions of customer issues, fostering a positive brand impression.
5. Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly.
6. Assist with online and in-store operations as well as omnichannel services.
7. Accurately collect and update client data in the system.
8. Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
9. Provide support for after-sales services.

1. Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both oral and written.
2. Previous experience in the luxury retail or hospitality industry is advantageous.
