1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and relationship building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from peers and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections.
6. Assist in store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury setting.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and handle packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $22.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and eligibility for overtime.
