- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and close sales effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
- Maintain a continuous learning attitude, actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Possess comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury setting.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership abilities.
- High energy levels and team-oriented mindset.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $22.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
