1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and close sales effectively.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
4. Maintain a continuous learning attitude, actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
5. Possess comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury setting.
2. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $22.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
