1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve key performance metrics.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
5. Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
6. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
7. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and fair workplace for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $22.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
