- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve key performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
- Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and fair workplace for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $22.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
