1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and improve sales metrics.
3. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
4. Maintain a proactive learning attitude by seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
5. Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of respect and fairness among associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $19.00-20.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
