- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and managed.
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $19.00-20.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
