1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining and updating client profile records.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning.
5. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
6. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
7. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
6. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
7. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday seasons.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.

Salary range of $18.00-20.00/hr plus commission and overtime eligibility.
