1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and developing new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance sales performance.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are updated regularly.
4. Maintain a learning attitude by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
5. Sustain a high level of product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

Salary range of $17.00-19.00/hr plus commission and overtime eligibility.
