- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are consistently updated and managed.
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $17.00-19.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
