- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through company-provided training resources, maintaining expertise in all collections.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $17.00-19.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
