1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.

4. Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
5. Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
6. Maintain updated stock information and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
7. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.

1. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Experience in sales, preferably within fashion and luxury sectors.
3. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
4. Commercial results orientation.
5. Effective team collaboration skills.
