1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
2. Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.

5. Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
6. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, embracing the clienteling culture.
7. Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
8. Work on styling silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
9. Advise clients on styling with confidence, keeping the creative vision in mind.
10. Maintain stock organization, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
