5. Collect and update client information for effective CRM utilization.
6. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
7. Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends to advise clients confidently.
8. Work on silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
9. Maintain stock organization, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock items promptly.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
