- Regularly update personal knowledge of Bottega Veneta's collections and training materials.
- Contribute to in-store induction and collaborate with the Retail Trainer for ongoing training.
- Maintain stock organization, monitor deliveries, and communicate stock availability.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Excellent client service attitude and adaptability to diverse client types.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills.
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly.
- Team player.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build a diverse client portfolio.
A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the fashion and luxury industry is preferred.
